Studies show that employees who take an HACCP training course on food safety tend to follow through with the process, resulting in safer products. This has been shown to be even more effective haccp training when paired with regular audits. HACCP training is important as HACCP plans and haccp training audits require that employees and management fully understand HACCP regulations.
