(5) Sufficient amount of adsorbent
High-efficiency adsorption desiccant is selected, with a particle size of 3-5mm, good water resistance, and will not crack or swell when immersed in water. Use a better filling method to prevent the sinking of the desiccant and the loosening of the bed. The desiccant lasts longer. The outlet dew point is stable. There is sufficient desiccant (about 25~28kg adsorbent per cubic gas), which can fill more adsorbents than the same type of adsorption dryer in the same industry, and can still maintain a high drying effect when the working conditions deteriorate; (treatment The larger the amount, the greater the difference between the production costs of the adsorbent and the adsorption tower).
(6) Air distribution structure
The bottom of the drying tower is provided with an air distribution structure.
