I am interested in the topic of surrogacy for couples who can't have children. How to choose such a service and in which country? What can you advise me?

And is it legal? In my opinion, this is an underground method and has no legal guarantees that the child will be given to you later without any problems. I read so much about these terrible situations from newspapers!

I believe that you need to look for such a service in those countries where this method of parenthood is legally allowed and you can become the official parents of the child. I think there are some US states where this is possible.
