How do you save gas and electricity?

I just do not know how to save money every month I get a bill with a large amount I just do not know what to do.

I see a problem here that I also had. For me, the solution to this problem was simply to change supplier for better and more favorable terms, it helped me here simplyswitch.com there are many reasons to change energy supplier, the most obvious of which is to save money. When your contract with your energy supplier comes to an end, that company will still be supplying you with energy, even though you will usually be paying much more for it at out-of-contract rates. Domestic energy contracts usually last 12 months, so if you haven't changed for more than a year, now is the time.
